GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Costa del Party run a flexible Holiday Package booking service, but for our protection and yours, please read our terms and conditions before booking a holiday with us.
Reservations with Costa del Party..
Holidays packages with Costa del Party can be booked via e-mail, telephone or fax. Packages are flexible and arrivals and departures can be any day of the week, unless otherwise specified before the booking is made. Once we have confirmed your package we then require a deposit to secure the booking; on receiving the deposit you will be sent confirmation of your reservation. No package will be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
All packages are charged in euros; any other currency advertised or quoted will be an example of the current exchange rate of the day and is only given as a guide. All payments for travel services are made to our partners MDL GROUP TRAVEL & LEISURE SL (bonded Travel Agent – No: C.I.A.N 291904-2)
After the deposit has been made Costa del Party require the balance no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full payment is required. Failure of the balance being paid before the date specified on the deposit confirmation could result in a cancellation and loss of deposit.
Once a booking has been confirmed any changes to the package will have an admin charge of 10 Euros per change. If any changes are made by the client after documents have been issued there will be an additional charge of 50 Euros.
All cancellation must be received via fax or e-mail. In any event of cancellation the deposit is forfeit; however Costa del Party will always try to help the individual or group. Therefore if whenever we receive a refund from a hotel or golf course our policy is to forward it to the client.
We strongly advise that you take out adequate insurance cover. NEVER TRAVEL WITHOUT INSURANCE. Costa del Party accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury.
If in the event, a said hotel venue, or other service booked is not available for whatever reason, a hotel, venue or service of the same standard will be substituted.
Playing Golf on the Costa del Sol...
Costa del Party we do our best to confirm your requested tee times; however golf courses do reserve the right to alter preferred tee times. If for any reason your requested tee times are not available we will offer the nearest possible alternative. Tee times are based on playing four balls, therefore, depending on the season; you may be paired up with other golfers on the day.
The Spanish Golf Federation levy a charge of approximately 3 euros to all golfers playing in Spain, the majority of courses add this into the green fee. For the few courses that do not, the Caddymaster will charge you locally.
In the event of heavy rainfall it will be the decision of the course to open or close, if the course chooses to open they will expect you to play, therefore if you choose not to; the green fee will not be refunded. If the course chooses to close your tee time will be changed or you will receive a full or part refund.
Handicap certificates are rarely asked to be seen in Spain, but requested more in Portugal; however you must be aware that as a general rule you should carry your certificate, for the more prestigious courses you will be asked to show it.
Dress code is the same as in most countries; soft spikes are required at majority of the courses.
Parties and Events.
A deposit of 15% of the total is payable for all party and event services, in order to secure the reservation, with the Balance payable no more than 30 days before the event. In certain circumstances we will accept a cash payment of the balance, on the day of the event, however this method requires a 25% deposit, for booking the services. Deposits for Party and Event services are returnable, only if cancelation is made, at least 30 days before the day of the event, or booking.
Liability...
All vouchers, coupons or tickets are issued in the capacity of an agent to our suppliers, therefore Costa del Party cannot be held liable for any acts or omissions of our suppliers over whom we have no control.
Costa del Party accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure events (e.g. strikes, fire, flood, closure of airports, weather conditions) and can not be held liable for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes on flights, or any other event beyond our control.
Costa del Party reserve the right to cancel any package where these terms and conditions are not met.
